Skinny Bitch (excerpt from "The Bitch's Bible")
If you ever overeat for emotional or other reasons, then you probably (and I speak for all here) envy the Skinny Bitch. Oh, she just loves to flaunt those skinny legged jeans around. We can’t help it that we feel the weight of the world or our angelic tubbiness or the fact that we are not so fashionable.
We all have a friend who is a Skinny Bitch; hey she probably lost the weight, got healthy and blah blah; but is she happy? (I’m just being a Bitch now). The Skinny Bitch can wear this title and wear it well, while the rest of us ‘fuller figured’ Goddesses have to hover over food and panic the minute we put on a kilo. The things we will do to hide under the emotional food blanket, away from all the media and skinny super model Bitches. I think not! Be happy on this journey and accept yourself, love yourself; people can tell when you are happy and it looks so good on a glowing Goddess who has a light shining in her eyes that lets everyone know she doesn’t give a toss! (After all there is no logical reason why a person wouldn’t eat, am I right?).
Don’t be jealous of the Skinny Bitch, she may look physically attractive in today’s society, but ultimately she’s got nothing to hold onto in those moments when it counts (if you get my drift).

For me there is no logic in getting up to change the TV, just use a remote control (unless you’re a skinny bitch and have the energy to do so, go ahead, no one’s stopping you).
And in my opinion, diets only make you feel deprived and depressed (and we wouldn’t what to become a Depressed Bitch now would we?). And really, one more chocolate is not going to blow you off the scales.

OMG -what the !!
Today at work while minding my own nosy business ..I suddenly fell off my stool !! Oh I must go on a diet I think ..Just as I was thinking I 'm feeling like the lazy Bitch then look what happens ..
I can't help it if the chair Im sitting on is not strong Enough to hold me ...Can I ??
Nicely Done I agree ..Im sure now the Bookhog world can reshape itself .- some how >> I guess ,actually its quiet nice from down here on the floor I decided .
Lucky for me my arse is tough ..as well as cushioned !!
